California Title 24 -Lighting & Controls   -    Effective July 1, 2014

The items listed below are not all-inclusive of CA Title-24, just a few lighting highlights for your review:




A Few of the new Title-24 Lighting Requirements:
  • Mandatory use of lighting controls (sensors) in Offices <250 sq. ft. & Multipurpose <1000 sq. ft.
  • Automatic Daylighting controls by zone in window lit areas and in garage lighting
  • Inhabited spaces greater then 10,000 sq. ft must be responsive (dimmable 15%) for demand response requests from your utility.
  • Plug load controls - controlled receptacles in specified areas
